A managed service — with secure access for you
SecureGuard® Dashboard is a professional cloud-based platform used by Trackcess to remotely monitor and manage your security system. Trackcess sees and manages all systems we are responsible for.
But it goes further than just behind-the-scenes management — Trackcess can set you up as a user on the Dashboard with access only to the properties you are authorized to view. You log in securely and see exactly what you need, nothing more.
Your footage, your control: The optional Request to Connect feature means Trackcess must request your permission before connecting to your live or recorded video. You receive an email asking to confirm or deny the request.
A camera goes offline on a Friday evening. Nobody knows until Monday — more than 60 hours of footage missed, your property unprotected the entire weekend.
Trackcess is alerted within minutes. The issue is diagnosed and resolved remotely — often the same day, without a site visit.
A hard drive fills up and recording stops silently. You only find out when you need footage — and it's gone.
HDD health is monitored continuously. Storage issues are flagged by email notification before recording is ever interrupted.
You only see what you're authorized to see
The SecureGuard® Dashboard uses a hierarchical account structure. Trackcess manages the top level — every system we monitor. Under that, we can create accounts and sub-levels for your organization, with each user only seeing the properties assigned to them.
This makes it ideal for property management companies — the company gets their own account, each property manager gets access only to the sites they manage, and Trackcess retains full oversight of everything.
Three levels of access — your choice
When Trackcess sets you up as a Dashboard user, the level of access you receive is based on your role.

Recorder hard drive health, available storage, camera channel status, and online/offline status — all monitored remotely in real time.
The Dashboard connects to your site for real-time management. Issues are detected and acted on before they become a problem for you.
Automatic email alerts for site disconnect/reconnect, hard drive events, camera offline events, and tampering — sent to assigned users immediately.
Hardware settings and analytics configured remotely. Configuration files can also be backed up and restored — protecting your setup if hardware ever fails.
Line crossing, intrusion detection, facial recognition, and license plate recognition can be activated or deactivated remotely at any time.
Weekly or monthly reports of all system activity — site status changes, user edits, and events — delivered by email to whoever you designate.
User passwords can be changed remotely for a single or multiple site deployment without requiring an on-site visit.
MFA via a third-party Authenticator app can be enabled for your account, adding an extra layer of protection to your Dashboard login.
Floor plans or site maps uploaded to visually display camera locations. Green, yellow, and red pin indicators show the health status of each camera at a glance.

You specify how long access should be granted, and the request expires automatically. It is off by default and can be enabled by contacting Trackcess.
